Upon graduating from Savannah State University with a Bachelor in Mass Communications, she worked in Sales and Internet Research, where she developed knowledge of internet algorithms and its' association with scrupulous marketing. Sharisma also previously working as a Brand Ambassador in over 40 marketing campaigns for several Fortune 500 companies. It was in this capacity, where she developed an understanding and experience in aggressive social media marketing.
