Licica’s extensive real estate knowledge extends from the construction phase up through scouting and closing contracts with potential clients. She has held a number of positions in all aspects of the real estate market including leasing agent, property manager, regional manager, and real estate agent. Licica is trilingual (English, Spanish and Portuguese) which opens up her services to a wide range of cultures. One of the most competitive real estate markets in the USA is in Seattle, where Lícica recently relocated from. For the past 6 years, Lícica excelled in this market and was sought after by millennial clients for her unique understanding of their needs. Lícica was especially successful in selling properties by employing skills she learned while earning the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designation. She coordinated the staging of all her listings and served as a project manager for home improvements.

Along the way, she has dealt with five major personal relocations while still managing investment properties. She has flipped 4 homes in the last 2 years. The knowledge she gained from this experience benefits her clients as she understands what it takes to scope out a market and ensure it will indeed meet her client’s long term goals.

Licica was born and raised in Rio, Brazil and came to the US when she was 11 and has fond memories of living her teen years in Silverlake one of her favorite LA neighborhoods. Most recently Licica has invested in a beach home in Buzios, Brazil where she returns each year to enjoy the beauty of her home country. She’s been married for 27 years, therefore, she’s a skilled negotiator by default, a mother of 3 and a 1st-time grandmother. She loves her dogs, traveling, food and spending time with family and friends.
