Geraldine is a Lagoon Community Resident; she specializes in all things related to Lagoon Living, including Home Buying, Building & Selling.
She’s a proud member of the Tampa Bay Builders Association and the North Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, giving her access to local business connections and home builders in the Tampa Region. She provides high level exposure through Social Media Marketing and Networking for clients who wish to sell their homes anywhere in the Central Florida Region.
Her Real Estate background includes Property Management, Leasing and Investment Analysis in Real Estate Asset Management. While studying Real Estate Development & Finance at USC, she took an interest in the changing communities and neighborhoods and won the “Best Development Proposal”. She was recognized for her ability the propose the best use of a 200,000 sq. ft. vacant land lot and turn it into a Mix-Use Development. She brings that same vision to the North Tampa Region and surrounding communities.
Geraldine is driven, genuine and passionate about Real Estate. She’s fluent in English & Spanish and lives in Wesley Chapel, FL.
