Cherice N. Clark
Cherice was introduced to a career in real estate during her tenure at boutique firm in Georgetown. This experience fueled her desire to become a licensed sales associate assisting homebuyers in the DC Metropolitan area reach their goals of homeownership. Her strategic approach in real estate transactions help her clients to reduce the risk involved in buying, renting and selling real estate.
In 2005, Cherice founded The Clark Team in an effort to fulfill her desire to train and mentor new agents in the marketplace while enhancing the level of service provided to clients. This team still exists providing exceptional service to clients across the DC area but is now known as Clark Premier Group.
Cherice is the principal broker of Clark Premier Realty Group, a brokerage owned in partnership with her husband Gregory Clark and managed by both of their daughters Brittany and Briana Clark. The Clark’s have resided in the DC metro area for over 25 years.
The Clark Premier Group is known for their desire to help solve challenges involved in the transfer of real property. Clients come to them even as early as 2 years before a transaction and they are exceptional at devising a strategy to ensure a smooth transaction.
