I graduated from the University of California, San Diego with my BA in Sociology, moved back to LA and got my real estate license. In the past 6 years I have grown my business exponentially with guidance from several successful real estate mentors. When I first began as a realtor, I made a huge commitment to educating myself about all things real estate. As a full-time realtor, I hired real estate coaches in order to be able to give incomparable service and guidance to my clients. I work closely with my partner, Karineh Megerdichian, a Broker Associate with over 30 years of experience in the industry, who also happens to be my mother! I'm proud to say that in March of 2019 I received recognition as top 25% of my brokerage of over 400 agents for production. “Andrea and Kary made our dreams come true in less than 72 hours! My husband and I were ready to start looking for a home, and we reached out with some parameters, and Andrea and Kary said they had the perfect property in mind, and it wasn't even on the market yet. Based on our list of "wants", there were only 4 properties that matched what we were looking for in the area we wanted to buy in, and this property far surpassed the others! We saw the property, submitted an offer and opened escrow in less than three days! The offer was accepted and a month later we had the keys to our new home. Andrea and Kary even gave us germane advice, since the property was built in the early 70's, on the original HVAC system and other things than needed additional inspections and service, as well as opting in for extended insurance.
